Construction Project Manager

About the Role
We’re seeking a detail-driven Construction Project Manager with a proven ability to lead projects from blueprint to ribbon-cutting. If you’re passionate about delivering high-quality builds on time and within budget, this role offers the opportunity to have a significant influence in a new, fast-growing company while managing complex schedules, budgets, and contractor teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Directly responsible for the budgeting, scheduling, and team management of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop detailed project budgets, monitor expenditures, and maintain cost-control measures.
• Create and manage critical path schedules to ensure timely project delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, project development, permitting, construction managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure scope, quality, and deadlines are met.
• Conduct regular construction update meetings ensuring all stakeholders in compliance with schedule, budget, and contracts.
• Conduct regular site visits to track progress, quality, safety, and contract compliance
• Generate clear, data-driven weekly and monthly reports for executive leadership, summarizing project progress, budget status, and key risk indicators
• Identify and mitigate potential risks, delays, or budget deviations proactively.
• Oversee construction contracts and change orders.
• Build internal best practices and processes for construction management.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related technical field
• 5+ years of project management experience in the construction industry
• Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking
• Strong command of scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6)
• PMP and/or Green/Black Belt certifications a plus
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Familiarity with local building codes, permitting processes, and safety standards
Preferred Qualifications
• PMP or equivalent certification
• Experience with commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software
Air Separation Unit (ASU) Operator
Location: West, Mexico
Department: Operations
Reports To: Plant Supervisor / Operations Manager
Duration: 6 months to 2 years

Job Summary
The ASU Operator is responsible for the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of the air separation plant. This includes monitoring and controlling cryogenic processes, maintaining equipment, and ensuring product quality and compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Operate and monitor ASU systems including compressors, heat exchangers, distillation columns, and storage tanks.
• Perform start-up, shutdown, and emergency procedures.
• Monitor process parameters via DCS/SCADA systems and make adjustments as needed.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Collect and analyze gas samples to ensure purity specifications.
• Maintain accurate logs and shift reports.
• Respond to alarms and troubleshoot process upsets.
• Follow all safety protocols and participate in safety drills and audits.
• Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams for repairs and upgrades.
Qualifications
• Technical degree or diploma in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in industrial gas, petrochemical, or chemical plant operations.
• Familiarity with cryogenic processes and air separation technologies.
• Strong understanding of process instrumentation and control systems.
• Ability to read P&IDs, SOPs, and technical manuals.
• Basic computer skills and experience with DCS/PLC systems.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Experience in training and writing procedures.
Preferred Skills
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Experience with SIAD or similar ASU technologies
• Knowledge of ISO and safety standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 45001)
