Buckeye Partners, LP – Buckeye Texas Processing (BTP) – Corpus Christi, TX
Process Technical Services currently supplies support services to Buckeye Partners at their BTP, Corpus Christi, TX location, which includes a 50,000 barrel per day Condensate Splitter and associated equipment, a world-class Refrigerated LPG System and associated storage.
PTS supplied Commissioning and Startup (C&SU) specialists who performed the following:
- Developed a comprehensive C&SU Plan and Schedule.
- Developed Commissioning and Initial Startup Procedures (ISUPs).
- Developed System Operating Manuals and Procedures.
- Developed Training Manuals.
- Helped lead and execute C&SU efforts.
- Performed initial startup of the Condensate Splitter and associated equipment.
We are currently supplying dedicated specialists who serve as the operations team for the facility.
Renewable Energy Group (REG) – REG Geismar, LLC – Geismar, LA
Process Technical Services supplied support services to REG at their commercial biofuels facility located in Geismar, LA. The facility is able to process low-cost feed stocks to produce 75 million gallons per year of high quality hydrocarbon diesel and naphtha. The plant had been shut down due to fire damage during initial startup attempts, and was being restarted post repairs.
PTS supplied Commissioning and Start-Up (C&SU) Specialists who performed the following:
- Developed a comprehensive C&SU Plan.
- Helped lead and execute C&SU efforts.
- Performed initial startup of the facility.
- Provided mentoring to young operators.
- Remained onsite to provide operations support through initial operations and stabilization of the unit.
Ventech Engineers International – TTOPCO – Erbil, Iraq
Process Technical Services supplied support services to the Taq Taq Operating Company (TTOPCO) crude oil processing facility, built by Ventech Engineers International and located in the Taq Taq Oil Field in Erbil, Iraq. The facility is a modular unit able to process 90,000 barrels per day of well fluids.
PTS supplied a Commissioning and Startup (C&SU) Specialists who performed the following:
- Developed a comprehensive C&SU Plan.
- Helped lead and execute C&SU efforts.
- Performed initial startup of the facility.
- Provided mentoring to young operators.
- Remained onsite to provide operations consulting through initial operations and stabilization of the unit.
